BARDOT Group Buoys are mainly used as mooring, for structure laying or subsea markers.

A modular Buoyancy Module is composed of buoyancy elements which provide the uplift force, assembled on a steel support designed to withstand specified load cases.

BARDOT Group manufacturing site works with an advanced in-line process to guarantee the constant best quality. Recipes are monitored by sensors during all the production.

A Buoyancy Element is made of syntactic foam encapsulated in a polyethylene external skin. Syntactic foam properties are optimized to reach the required buoyancy at operating water depth. The skin is made from high performance polymer and designed for permanent applications in seawater. The shells are designed with grooves to be centralized relatively to each other.
Buoys are assembled with a central steel support. BARDOT can propose various types of end fittings, a cathodic protection can be supplied if needed.
